My paralyzed dachshund has been in diapers for 6 months. We’ve tried 3 brands, change every 4 hours, use unscented wipes, dry thoroughly, apply zinc oxide cream. He still has chronic redness on his belly and inner thighs. Anyone solve this? At what point do you stop using diapers altogether?
